SIMILE (or Semantic Interoperability of Metadata and Information in unLike Environments) is a joint project conducted by the W3C, MIT Libraries, and MIT CSAIL. SIMILE seeks to enhance inter-operability among digital assets, schemata/vocabularies/ontologies, metadata, and services.
