Denkwerkzeug is German for Think Tool. Here it refers to two things:
- A mini conference on the subject of cognitive tools for personal knowledge management,
- A project where such a tool is actually being developed.

The DenkWerkzeug Conference is a small, informal, privately organized conference. It aimes at bringing people together, that work or think about things like cognitive tools, personal knowledge management, semantic desktop, thinking aids, visualization techniques, cognitive ergonomy, ...
Normally there are no invited speakers and no long monologues, but lively interaction, discussions and fun.
The DenkWerkzeug Conference is by invitation only—however if you are interested or know someone who would like to participate, feel free to contact Max Völkel or Heiko Haller.
