Mark Hefke

Mark Hefke has studied Business Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe. Since 2002, he is working working for the research group Knowledge Management at the Research Center for Information Technologies in Karlsruhe FZI.

In 2008, he has finished his Ph.D. at the AIFB Institute, University of Karlsruhe (Topic: Ontolology-based Tools for supporting Organisations in the Introduction of Knowledge Management)
