The programme chair of some event event is the person who is in charge of organising the event's programme, and in particular has to lead and organise the selection activities for contributed works in scientific events. In this role, the programme chair is head of the programme committee, the work of which he or she helps to organise. Thus Has program chair is a subproperty of Property:Has OC member.
