Maybe colors of a class could be "common color", i.e. the most common colors for instances of that class, while instances would have "color".
The apple article might then have
[[common color::Red]] [[common color::Yellow]] [[common color::Green]]
while an article about a specific apple (if such a notable apple existed) would have for example [[color::red]]. - Fuelbottle 21:30, 9 November 2006 (CET)
