SMW Conference Fall 2011 (SMWCon Fall 2011) is the 7th meet-up of people using Semantic MediaWiki (SMW) or are interested in applying it.
The Fall 2011 SMWCon will be held on September 21–23, 2011 in Berlin, Germany. Following the success of the SMWCon Spring 2011, it will feature a similar three-day setup with an additional hands-on/tutorial day before the two conference days.
- Tutorial Day: Wednesday, Sept 21: tutorials and hands-on sessions
- Conference: Thursday, Sept 22. – Friday, Sept. 23: presentations and group discussions
As with the previous SMWCons, SMWCon Fall 2011 will include presentations and discussions about current applications and the future development of Semantic MediaWiki and its extensions and applications. Participants are invited to present their own work and to discuss experiences and ideas. While the conference will have scheduled presentations, each will encourage free discussion and a rapid exchange of ideas.
