Speeding up Semantic MediaWiki

[edit] Speeding up semantic searches

• Set $smwgQEqualitySupport to false in SMW_Settings.php. Drastic improvements for searches with several subqueries. Won't affect search results unless an annotation's object points to a redirected page.
• Set $smwgQDefaultNamespaces to NULL in SMW_Settings.php. Namespace restrictions won't be added to queries and subqueries.

[edit] MediaWiki settings

• Set $wgDisableCounters to true in LocalSettings.php. It will stop keeping track of hits to pages.
