Any idea why Rennes doesn't show up in the table (first query), and why AIFB and Rennes1University show up in the points of interest (second query) even though they are not cities?--OlivierDameron 19:08, 18 May 2006 (CEST)
- OK, Rennes eventually appears in the table, it was probably a caching problem. I still haven't figured out why some universities also do. --OlivierDameron 01:02, 19 May 2006 (CEST)
- Hmm, no idea. The AIFB certainly should not appear in the query... Strange behaviour. Will try to investigate as soon as I have proper access to the system. --Denny 14:02, 19 May 2006 (CEST)
Rio did not show up right away either when I added Is a tag. But if it is deprecated then the query should be changed. Rio should still work as it already had the Category annotation
[edit] Category:Cities instead?
Why do this instead of Category:City (which IMO and per Wikipedia usage should be plural Category:Cities)? Is it because you can make more precise semantic claims about is a:City than the category? The query below against category works the same.
<ask link="all" limit=5>
City * *
</ask>
Just curious. -- Skierpage 02:27, 2 July 2006 (CEST)
