Neither in the cited "What is an Ontology?" nor in his "A Translation Approach to Portable Ontology Specifications", which is also available from www-ksl.stanford.edu, Gruber speaks of "shared conzeptualization", he, moreover, never uses this term; he merely defines ontology as "An ontology is a specification of a conceptualization."
Maybe someone can provide the source for this heavily cited term "shared conzeptualization".
