sometimes abc is a proper noun!

sometimes xyz is a member of collection abc, but it isn't a place.

what's with the place located in fixation?

[edit] Odd questions about dates

I was asked many questions of the form "was <person> born in the year <month> <day>" — Perhaps that is a place to concentrate on better pattern recognition.

You can also answer "no" in such cases. I don't think that there should be to much special developed pattern recognition. 80.121.64.254 00:44, 6 February 2008 (CET)

[edit] disambiguation problem

There is a hudge problem with disambiguation pages. Because links in the questions are refering very often to a disambiguation page, you can't be sure if you can accept a statement like:

Was [[Dylan Smith]] born in the year [[1992]]?

because:

1. Was [[Dylan Smith (actor)|Dylan Smith]] born in the year [[1992]]? is correct
2. Was [[Dylan Smith]] born in the year [[1992]]? is false

If you would say that satement 2. is right (and many users will do so), then the engine might assume that all the other Dylan Smith`es are born in 1992 too or that Dylan Smith is a person with many birthdates.
