Neither in the cited "What is an Ontology?" nor in his "A Translation Approach to Portable Ontology Specifications", which is also available from, Gruber speaks of "shared conzeptualization", he, moreover, never uses this term; he merely defines ontology as "An ontology is a specification of a conceptualization."

Maybe someone can provide the source for this heavily cited term "shared conzeptualization".
