An ongoing discussion: What does a URI denote?

It is discussed on IRW2006. For the Semantic MediaWiki, we found the following solution.

We have to create URIs for the RDF export of the wiki pages.

We use

http://wiki.ontoworld.org/index.php?title=URI_crisis

for the web (wiki) page and

http://wiki.ontoworld.org/index.php?title=_URI_crisis

for the concept mentioned on that page.

The wiki engine redirects _Name to Name.
