Webapp, commercial subscription

This license scheme is used to describe web applications that require commercial registration for normal use. This does not preclude the option that some such web applications provide the option for trying some of the functions free-of-charge. Web applications that provide unabridged cost-free online access should be classified as Webapp, public. Yet, if a web application is based on a business model of selling subscriptions, then it is clearly not a free webapp in this sense.
